Thyme is one of
the most widely used herbs in the Mediterranean kitchen
which is probably due to its intense aroma and its
digestive properties.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with thyme is an ideal
accompaniment to game, poultry and roasted or fried
vegetable dishes (especially mushrooms and courgettes). It
also enhances the flavour of cheeses, stews and soups.
Barbecued meats are greatly enhanced by the addition of
