Our oils are extracted on our own farm only a few hours after the olives have been harvested. We use only mechanical processes. The olives are cold-pressed and decanted naturally.

Only in this way can we obtain superior quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Our own sterilisation process, developed and optimised for each product with the Centro Tecnológico Nacional de la Conserva (National Technological Centre for Preserves) allows us to elaborate products which have a shelf-life of 18 months without using artificial colouring or preservatives, and more importantly, maintaining all the nutritional properties without affecting the taste or smell.
