Black Olive Paté with Almonds is a delicate balance of
flavours – the deep flavour of the black Guadalquivir
Pearl olives and the fruity undertones of the almonds from
the mountainous area in the north-east of Murcia.
This delicate paté marries especially well with fish
served with vegetables. It can be added to lemon-based
sauces, butter, fish stock or simply spread on fish.
